Charles Stam

Charles is a trial lawyer representing people in serious injury and wrongful death cases.  Charles has successfully litigated complex matters against corporate interests with substantial resources.  Having practiced commercial litigation at the start of his legal career and worked at elite plaintiff firms, Charles has both represented and obtained substantial recoveries from Fortune 500 companies.

Charles has been recognized multiple times as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a distinction limited to 2.5% of eligible attorneys.  He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia with double majors in history and political science.  Charles was awarded his law degree by the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated cum laude.  Charles has had the privilege of learning from federal judges, having interned for the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez (United States District Judge, Western District of Texas) and clerked for the Honorable Debra M. Brown (Chief United States District Judge, Northern District of Mississippi).

Charles is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and all federal district courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.  He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
